Unfortunately, I lost my mom suddenly and had to get her house on the market and sold asap. I was recommended to Danna, so I contacted her right away. She made the entire process so easy. During a time I was deeply grieving the loss of my mom, Danna was there to help every step of the way. I couldn't find my mom's extra key to the house, Danna jumped in and offered to get a key made. I had an issue with the floors that needed to be fixed, Danna jumped in with a reasonably priced handyman to help. She contacted him, met him at my mom's house, and told him what needed to be done. I needed to do nothing. Two weeks before closing, the buyer decided that they wanted me to remove a satellite dish from the roof in the middle of January. I couldn't handle it and was ready to walk away. Danna came through with a roofer that provided a very reasonable quote that allowed me to negotiate the request. I needed a reasonably price junk taker to get rid of the rest of my mom's stuff. Danna came to my rescue again by supplying me with the name of someone that was very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about Danna and I will ask her to sell my house when the time comes. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
